Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Philadelphia Eagles and like a growing number of NFL stadiums, has altered its bag policy. These changes will be in effect for the Army-Navy Game presented by USAA on Dec. 14.
Fans will be permitted to bring the following types of bags into Lincoln Financial Field.
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exeeed 12”x6”x12”
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap
Prohibited items include but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, brief cases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage, computer bags and camera bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size.

The change in policy was initiated by the NFL Committee on Stadium Security to enhance public safety and make it easier for fans to gain access to all stadiums.
