PHILADELPHIA  – The Army-Navy Game presented by USAA is almost a week away and fans will have a multitude of ways to participate, interact and follow the action thanks to robust social media offerings.

Beginning with online chats with current and former players of both teams and ending with the presentation of the Commander in Chiefs Trophy, unprecedented coverage of the game and the surrounding activities will be offered.

Online chats featuring current and former players from both Army and Navy will be held Monday and Tuesday of next week and will be housed on Army’s (goARMYsports.com), Navy’s (navyathletics.com), the armynavygame.com and at tumblr.com/armynavygame depending on the guest. Army’s chats will not be offered on Navy’s site and vice versa.

Also on Monday, the winner of the Spirit Video contest will be announced. Fans of the Black Knights and Midshipmen had the opportunity to submit their spirit videos and on Friday, fans started voting on the official Army-Navy Game Facebook page to determine the winner for each academy. Each of the winners will receive two tickets, two on-field passes and parking.

On Wednesday, the 10-day Scavenger Hunt being held in Philadelphia will conclude. The winner of four tickets will be announced and contacted on Thursday.

The Patriot Games get underway Friday, Dec. 13, with four events scheduled for competition between Cadets and Midshipmen. Real-time coverage will begin in the morning and run throughout the day.
